Why do I still see the e-Invoice clarification banner after updating my status?
If you've marked yourself as a non-registered Malaysian taxpayer, you might still see the banner as a reminder. This is just in case you register for e-Invoicing in the future, so you can easily update your status when needed.
I'm a registered Malaysian taxpayer and have declared with IRB as an e-Invoice taxpayer. How can I update my e-Invoice status on Involve Asia?
To declare your e-Invoice taxpayer status, simply do the following. 1) Go to "My Earnings Overview" under the "Payment" section. 2) Click on the e-Invoice clarification banner at the top of your screen and select an option.
