Why my payment request has failed?
There are a few reasons for this to happen and include but are not limited to;
| Reason | Definition |
| The SWIFT code provided is invalid | Please update your SWIFT code upon confirming with your Bank. |
| Regrettably, we do not support payment for digital banks or e-wallets at this time | We do not have this option available. Please update the Payment Setting using Paypal or Wire Transfer payment method. |
| The transaction has been returned by the processing bank due to invalid account details | Please ensure to cross-check your account number, Beneficiary name, SWIFT code |
| The publisher has made a request to reject the payment | If you did not request to reject the payment, please reach out to us. |
| Payment returned by Paypal | The email address might not be registered with Paypal or Paypal is unable to locate an account with the email address. Please update your PayPal email address again. |
| Others | Our Finance team will specify if it's none of the above. Please check the remark for more information. |
Please ensure to update your Payment information upon receiving the Failed Payment email before requesting the withdrawal again.
