Why do I have to pay a maintenance fee if I don’t log in?
The maintenance fee is applied to cover the costs of maintaining inactive accounts on our platform. This includes account storage, system maintenance, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
At Involve Asia, this fee is up to MYR 100 (or your available balance, whichever is lower).
Important: This is a one-time fee and will never put you in debt with Involve Asia. If your balance is lower than MYR 100, only the available amount will be deducted, and no additional charges will apply.
You can avoid this fee by logging into your account from time to time to keep it active. If you no longer wish to use Involve Asia, you can <delete your account> or request an account deletion by emailing us at wecare@involve.asia . We’re happy to assist!
