Why Do I Have Missing Conversions?
You can report the missing conversion with our "Missing Conversion Tool"
Before submitting, please ensure you have checked the following:
- Check if there are delays in tracking for the offer that you are reporting because certain offer has delays in tracking conversions it will be stated on the offer page.
- The date of purchase is within the "Cookie Period" validity
- How was the purchase made? Certain offers will not track purchases made by Desktop or Mobile which is also stated on the offer page.
If you find all the above points have complied, then you may submit a "Missing Conversion" request from your dashboard for further investigation by the advertiser.
