Why Are My Conversions Rejected?

There are a few reasons why your conversions may have been rejected. Some of the reasons include (but not limited to):

  1. Incomplete payment from customer
  2. Order cancellation made by customer
  3. Customer requested for refund on their order or booking
  4. Stock unavailability for customer’s order
  5. Offer was paused which resulted in conversions not tracked for the period
  6. Publishers are found to violate non-compliance through promotion methods or fraudulent transactions (to name a few violation types). This may also result in conversions being reflected as invalid or rejected.

To better understand conversion rejection reasons, check the remarks column from the conversion report in publisher's IA dashboard.
