What is Property?

  • Property is a channel, platform, or source used by Publishers to promote offers from Advertisers, either in the form of social media, website, blog, forum, or other online accounts that align with property requirements and guidelines.

Requirements

  • At least one (1) property is required during account creation to understand your promotional method and traffic though there is no limit to the number of properties that can be added.
  • Property(s) that are added should either be owned or managed by you so Advertisers may assess the potential of your affiliate performance and suggest curated offers to promote.
  • Property(s) privacy setting must always be set to Public for smoother visibility throughout all affiliate efforts.

Guidelines for Approval

For smoother property approval experience, always ensure to avoid below situations.

Invalid Property URLURL provided does not work, no longer exists, or redirects to a 404 error landing page.Please check that the URL provided is correct and resubmit the property with the correct URL.
Unsuitable Property for Affiliate MarketingA store within a Marketplace (e.g. store in Shopee) is not a suitable property to promote affiliate links.Only submit a property that you own.
Property is set to PrivateThe submitted property is inaccessible due to profile settings set to Private.Change your property’s setting to Public and resubmit the property.
Invalid Property Ownership ClaimInvolve Asia is unable to verify you as the rightful owner of the property.

Only submit a property that is owned or managed by you. 

If you are the property owner or manager, provide proof of ownership:

  • Documents that state your name or company name, OR
  • Screenshot of Google Analytics Dashboard with name or company name visible.

Inappropriate Property ContentInvolve Asia does not support nor entertain contents such as gambling, porn, forex, and sensitive topics like politics and religion.Resubmit a property that does not fall under this category.
Property Not Meeting Minimum Traffic RequirementsProperties must have a defined audience for better targeting, tracking, and overall campaign performance.

Build your audience then resubmit your property for approval again.

Property traffic criteria:

  • Facebook, X, TikTok (More than 30 followers and 3 posts within 14 days of the application date).
  • Instagram (More than 100 followers and 5 posts within 14 days of the application date).
  • YouTube (More than 50 subscribers and 10 videos minimum).
  • Forums, Blogs, & Website (More than 10 active content in the past 30 days).
