Setting Up Payment Details

We highly recommend setting up your payment details for a smooth payment process. 

We only have two options for withdrawing your earnings - PayPal and Wire Transfer (i.e. Bank Transfer). 

**Please be informed that we do not support any mobile or digital banking payment method.**

To update your payment information, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Profile icon on the far right and hit "Settings".

  1. Click on the “Payment” section and then “Edit” to begin updating.

  1. Fill in your payment address details then select your preferred payment method.

If you select PayPal:

1. Fill in the information below:

a) Name (as per PayPal Account)

b)PayPal Email

c)Contact Number

2. Click “Save” once all information is filled up.

Note: PayPal is only available in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

 

If you select Wire Transfer (i.e. Bank Transfer):

  1. Fill in the information below:

a) Payout Currency

b) Bank Account Details:

i)Name (as per Bank Account)

ii)Bank Account Number

iii) Bank Account Type (Individual or Business Account)

  • if you’ve chosen an Individual Account, you must key in: National Identification Card ID, Passport ID, or Driving License ID.
  • if you’ve chosen a Business Account, you will have to key in: the Business Registration Number

Note: Bank Account Type is an additional info required when your Payout

Currency is in Thai Baht / Vietnamese Dong / Philippine Peso

iv) Beneficiary Email

v )Contact Number

c) Bank Information:

i) Bank Name

ii) Bank Country

iii) Bank Address

Note: Bank Address is additional info required when your Bank Country is in Thailand.

iv) SWIFT Code (A SWIFT code is a standard format for Business Identifier Codes (BIC). It is used to identify banks and financial institutions globally)

v) IBAN

Note: IBAN is an additional info required when your Bank Country is listed here.

2. Click on “Save” once all information is filled up.

 

Please note that changes to your existing payment details will not take effect until you verify the changes via the confirmation email we will send to your registered email address.
