How to Add Users to Account?

You can add more than one user into your Involve Asia account. Below is our guide to make that happen.

Step 1

Navigate to Profile > Settings.

Step 2

Select 'Users' and click on '+Add User'.

Step 3

Input the email address you want to register into the account and select a Role. You can add more users by clicking on the 'Add More' button. Once all the users have been added, hit 'Send Invite' to proceed.

Step 4

Once invite is sent, a new user card will appear with a 'Pending' status under the new user's email address.

Step 5

New users will need to verify their signups through the verification link sent in the invite. Only then will the card status be updated to 'Active'.
