How is the maintenance fee charged, and when does it apply?
The maintenance fee is applied when your account enters paused status and is deducted from your existing account balance to cover account maintenance costs.
At Involve Asia, this fee is up to MYR 100 (or your available balance, whichever is lower).
Important: This is a one-time fee and will never put you in debt with Involve Asia. If your balance is lower than MYR 100, only the available amount will be deducted, and no additional charges will apply.
You can avoid this fee by simply logging in and staying active within the given timeframe. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out at wecare@involve.asia —we're happy to help!
