How do I reset or change my password?

How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by following the steps below

1) Go to: https://app.involve.asia/v2/forgot-password 

2) Key in the email address which you have registered and click "Reset Password"

3) You will be redirected to the main page with the confirmation of the email sent to change your password.

4) A password reset link will be sent to your email with the title "Did you forget your password?"

5) Click on the link which is in the email to reset your password and insert your new password accordingly.

 

How to change a new password? 

1. In order to change your password, you have to log in through https://app.involve.asia/v2/login  by using your e-mail address and the current password. 

2. Click on Human Icon at the upper right of your dashboard and click Manage Your Account

3At the left Settings panel, hover to Account

 

4. Click on the Edit button with a pen logo on it

5. Click on the “Change” tab

6. Type your old password first followed by the new password for your Involve Asia Account. 

Click on "Update Password"

You will see a prompt that you have successfully changed your password.
