How are my Membership Stats Calculated?
Membership stats will be calculated based on certain criteria's as per below:
1. Your Membership Level stats are calculated by the total points earned over 90 days. (E.g. 1 Aug - 31Oct).
2. Any conversions after 12am (GMT +8) on the 1st of the following month will only be included in the next 90 day cycle.
3. Any downgrade to your membership level will take place during your membership review at the end of the 90-day cycle.
All above points can be found when you hover your "Cursor" to the "Tool Tip" provided to see the stats criteria pop up as per screenshot below.
