Can I request for an Account Manager?

As part of ongoing efforts to support our Publishers, we offer dedicated account managers to help with publisher inquiries, performance optimization, and insight analysis.

Nonetheless, considering our large Publisher base, assigning account managers to everyone is unfortunately not feasible. 

We are currently prioritizing Publishers to be assigned a dedicated Account manager as per the requirements below:

1. Publisher generates a minimum of MYR 1,000 in affiliate earnings/payouts per month

OR

2. Publisher has at least 20,000 social media followers / 100,000 monthly website traffic / 50,000 monthly active users

*Publishers with invalid promotion methods (gambling, clickbait, etc) may not be prioritized.
